My research into hydrocephalus comes from my background in the genetic and epigenomic basis of neurodevelopment. My lab is currently studying the function of non-coding elements in the genome including enhancers and microRNAs that when disrupted give rise to hydrocephalus and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
