Research focus:

Our lab is investigating the cellular and molecular biology of congenital hydrocephalus. We have got evidence that congenital hydrocephalus is a pathology of neural stem cells located in the ventricular zone during embryonic development. Actually, we are developing a cell therapy aimed to diminish/repair the ventricular zone disruption and outcomes: hydrocephalus and abnormal neurogenesis.
