Research focus:
Senseer is developing a wirelessly-operated multi-sensor module, MultiSense, that is connected inline to standard shunt sets, allowing surgeons to monitor all their preferred shunt systems. Physicians will be able to query the status of patients’ shunt in real time as often as desired in an outpatient setting. All sensor measurements will be uploaded to a secure database, allowing physicians to remotely monitor shunt status and providing them a tool for diagnosing or predicting shunt failure, weeks or even months before symptoms arise.
