Research focus:
The focus of my research on idiopathic Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus lies in understanding the trend of age-related neurodegenerative changes of quantitative Diffusion Tensor Imaging based and volumetric measurements of the ventricle and sulcal Cerebrospinal Fluid, that will be specifically helpful to differentiate the normal age-related neurodegenerative pattern from neurodegenerative brain disorders such as in Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, among other pathologies.
