Research focus:
I am a current neonatology fellow physician and my research is in neonatal post-hemorrhagic hydrocephalus. Specifically, I am developing a database of neurodevelopmental exam features, head ultrasound and MRI measures and developmental outcomes of our children in the Johns Hopkins Hospital NICU. My initial work has been correlating neonatal neurologic exams with imaging features. I will next analyze the predictive value of exams and imaging, independently and in an additive fashion, on later neurologic outcomes.
