Research focus:
Currently my group is studying cortical and white matter injury in relation to neurobehaviuor in experimental (rodent) neonatal hydrocephalus. We are examining neuroinflammation, neuronal injury, dendritic and synaptic loss in different areas of the brain and relating the changes to sensorimotor and memory functions
