Biobehavioral and Technological Interventions to Attenuate Cognitive Decline in Individuals with Cognitive Impairment or Dementia:
The combined budget for direct costs for the two-year project period may not exceed $275,000.  No more than $200,000 may be requested in any single year.
Small Research Grants for Analyses of Gabriella Miller Kids First Pediatric Research Data (R03 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)
The combined budget for direct costs for the two year project period may not exceed $200,000.
Biobehavioral and Technological Interventions to Attenuate Cognitive Decline in Individuals with Cognitive Impairment or Dementia (R21)
The combined budget for direct costs for the two-year project period may not exceed $275,000.  No more than $200,000 may be requested in any single year.
Chronic Condition Self-Management in Children and Adolescents (R21 Clinical Trial Optional)
Direct costs are limited to $275,000 over an R21 two-year period, with no more than $200,000 in direct costs allowed in any single year.

High Throughput Screening (HTS) to Discover Chemical Probes (R21)

$275,000 over 2 years. Through this FOA, NIH wishes to stimulate research in 1) discovery and development of novel, small molecules for their potential use in studying disease treatments relevant to the missions of the participating NIH Institutes, and 2) discovery and/or validation of novel, biological targets that will inform studies of disease mechanisms. Emphasis will be placed on projects that provide new insight into important disease targets and processes.
Prevention Research in Mid-Life Adults (R21)
Up to $275,000 over two years. No more than $200,000 in direct costs may be requested in any single year.
Global Brain and Nervous System Disorders Research Across the Lifespan (R21)
Application budgets are limited to $125,000 per year in direct costs, but must reflect the actual needs of the proposed project.
Pilot Projects Investigating Understudied G Protein-Coupled Receptors, Ion Channels, and Protein Kinases (R03 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)
The goal of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) for the Common Fund Program “Illuminating the Druggable Genome” (IDG; https://commonfund.nih.gov/idg/index) is to solicit applications for pilot projects on IDG-eligible understudied proteins (non-olfactory GPCRs, protein kinases, and ion channels) in order to study them beyond what the IDG’s Centers can accomplish and to validate and demonstrate the utility of IDG-generated reagents, data, and approaches. Application budgets are limited to $100,000 in direct costs (excluding subcontract F&A) for one year and need to reflect the actual needs of the proposed project.
